Sixties Silver Success

This floral art model was constructed by students studying National Diplomas in Floristry at Levels 2 and 3 under tutor Anita McKinlay, and was created for Hampton Court Flower Show where it won a silver medal.

The title of the exhibit was “The Sixties” and the life-size model wore a dress created entirely out of flowers with boots made out of leaves.

It was a last minute decision by the students to enter the competition this year but they are keen to do it again next year.
