6. Can I use the college e-mail/internet?

Yes, all students have free use of the college computers in the Learning Centres.

7. Who can help me at college if I have any questions?

Ask your course tutor first, as she/he may be able to help you. You can also make an appointment to speak to someone at our advice & guidance sessions, or speak to one of our Client Services staff on Reception.

If you are interested in course information, speak to one of our Careers Advisors at Parkshot.

8. Can I join at any time?

If there are places, you may still be able to join a course after it has started. However, we do not recommend joining a course within the last few weeks.

9. Can I combine English with other courses?

Yes, the college offers a wide range of courses in other subjects, although some are only suitable for students with an advanced level of English. Speak to one of our Careers Advisors in Parkshot, or look on our website for details of all our courses.

If you are on a student visa your 15 hours should be made up of courses from one subject area.

10. Can you arrange accommodation?

No, unfortunately we are not able to arrange accommodation. The best way to find accommodation is to go to www.visitrichmond.co.uk or the Richmond Information Centre (See above for address and telephone no.).
